Registration will open for the Professional Conference on May 1, 2023.
What are the COVID-19 health protocols for the conference?

Out of respect for our community of educators attending, please:
- Do not attend if you are feeling unwell;
- Respect others’ wishes to wear masks; and
- Respect others’ wishes for having extra space.
Do I need to have my membership paid for before registering?
Membership dues must be paid prior to registering to secure the member rate at registration.
Do I get a discount for sending more people?
Yes, you do! We offer discounts when you register four or more people from the same school. Choose the Member (+4) or Nonmember (+4) option on the registration page to get the discount for four or more people.
What is the refund policy?
100% refund until September 16, 2023.
50% refund until October 14, 2023.
No refunds after October 14, 2023.
What are the terms and conditions?
Registration payments are due prior to the conference start date of November 12, 2023. If different arrangements need to be made, then these need to be done by October 13, 2023.
I have dietary concerns; how do I let someone know?
There are two questions related to dietary needs and allergies on the registration form. Please indicate those when you fill out the registration form.
I didn’t register for a Field Trip in time but I would like to go on one. How can I go?
Sometimes we have individuals who sign up for a Field Trip but then cannot go due to travel plans, etc. If you wish to “stand-by” for a Field Trip, you should arrive to the designed departure spot 15 minutes prior to the departure time and we will add your name to a list at that time. If there are “no-shows” for the visit, as many on-site stand-by individuals will be accommodated as possible.
