Sponsorship Opportunities

TITLE SPONSOR: $10,000

Our title sponsor logo will be added to all appropriate conference marketing in prominent locations. In addition, you will receive all of the benefits of a Session Sponsor plus you can choose one other add-on opportunity with a value of $2,500 or lower from the list below. Additional benefits include up to four full conference registrations (includes meals), a pre- and post-conference exclusive email blast, and a 30-second video to play during a general session.

SESSION SPONSOR: $5,250

Lead a 50-minute thought leadership session during our concurrent breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday of the conference. Content must be pre-approved by NCSSS. The best attended sessions are those that include a school teacher or student who has used the organization’s product or service in their school. Package includes all of the benefits of the Enhanced Exhibitor package above, PLUS a one-year corporate membership in NCSSS ($1,000 value).

ENHANCED EXHIBITOR: $2,750

This package includes all of the benefits of the exhibitor package above, plus one additional conference badge and participation in our STEMstorming Sessions. These roundtable sessions will take place during our conference breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday.

Become an Enhanced Exhibitor

EXHIBITOR: $1,750

Our most basic sponsorship package. You will receive one 6’ table with two chairs, a power strip and a wastebasket, plus room for one pop up banner. Organization’s logo will be included in all conference marketing and the mobile app. Price includes one full conference registration (includes all meals/general sessions/breakouts).

Reception Sponsor - $2,500

Sponsor a reception during the Conference. Will be recognized during opening remarks at the reception, plus all of the benefits of a Supporting Sponsor.

Awards Luncheon Sponsor - $2,500

Sponsor our field trip or other outings during the conference. Ability to ride on the bus(es) and/or hand out materials/giveaways. Sponsor may provide grab & go breakfast or coffee at their cost.

A two-day deep dive into current STEM-related topics. We expect approximately 40-60 leaders from the top STEM high schools around the U.S.
