Job Description:

The Princeton International School for Mathematics and Science (PRISMS) is a new 9-12 grade independent, coeducational boarding and day school, offering a comprehensive High School program with a focus on STEM education. Located on an 18-acre garden campus just 3 miles from Princeton University, we are looking for a strong teacher of Mathematics to teach a variety of offerings from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus BC, beginning in Fall 2015 . The ideal candidate would also be able to offer some combination of electives such as; AP Statistics, and post AP courses such as Differential Equations, Multivariable Calculus, and Linear Algebra, and/or contribute to our student research program.

An enthusiasm for students who love STEM subjects is a must, as is the ability to inspire, enthuse and nurture our students. As we establish our new school, a cheerful, cooperative manner and an outstanding sense of humor is highly desirable. Working with international students, primarily Chinese, is also useful. With a mixture of residential and day students, we do expect teachers to take part in our extra-curricular life, whether it be coaching physical activities, academic coaching, or other supervisions.
